In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

j199 reserves the right to verify all registration information against identity documents at any stage. Accounts registered with false, misleading, or unverifiable information may be suspended or permanently closed, and any Balance held in such Accounts may be forfeited.

• You may not register an Account on behalf of another person.
• Corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted.
• You may not use a VPN, proxy, or similar technology to misrepresent your geographic location during registration or use of the Services.
• You must notify j199 immediately if you become aware that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. j199 will never ask you to disclose your password via email, live chat, or any other channel.

You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service.
• Enable two-factor authentication where available.
• Log out of your Account when accessing j199 from a shared or public device.

j199 shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised Account access that results from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials, provided j199 has acted in good faith in processing transactions initiated via your Account login.

All financial transactions on j199 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). j199 supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and standard bank transfer. Minimum deposit and withdrawal thresholds apply and are displayed at the point of transaction.

Deposits: Funds deposited via supported payment methods are typically credited to your Account Balance instantly. j199 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges which are beyond j199's control.

Withdrawals: The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Your Account must have passed KYC verification before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible (same-source rule).
• Withdrawal requests for verified Accounts are typically processed within the same business day. Processing times may extend during high-volume periods or where additional verification is required.
• Withdrawal requests that include unwagered Bonus Funds will have the Bonus amount deducted prior to processing.
• j199 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due-diligence checks on withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds, which may extend processing times.

All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each individual promotion. By claiming any bonus, you agree to those promotion-specific terms in addition to these general Terms & Conditions.

The following general bonus rules apply across all j199 promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonus Funds must be wagered the specified number of times (Wagering Requirement) before any portion of the resulting Balance may be withdrawn.
• Not all games contribute equally to Wagering Requirements. Game contribution rates are published in each promotion's terms. Live casino games typically contribute at a lower rate than slots.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per eligible player, per promotion, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to hedging bets across outcomes to eliminate risk while meeting Wagering Requirements — will result in forfeiture of the Bonus and any winnings generated from it.
• j199 reserves the right to cap bonus winnings at a maximum amount where specified in individual promotion terms.

All games available on j199 — including RNG slots, live dealer games, fishing games, card games, and cricket betting markets — are subject to individual game rules published within the game interface or on the relevant game information page. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail for that game only.

j199's RNG games are independently tested and certified by recognised gaming testing laboratories. Live dealer games are operated in compliance with the procedures stipulated by the relevant game provider and j199's gaming license. j199 does not manipulate game outcomes.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the affected round may be declared void and stakes returned to the Player's Account. j199's decision in such matters is final. j199 shall not be liable for any consequential losses arising from game malfunctions, connectivity interruptions, or server errors beyond j199's reasonable control.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on j199 and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with j199's games, betting markets, or platform in any way.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities — any such errors must be reported to j199 support immediately.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or anonymisation service to circumvent geographic restrictions or misrepresent your identity or location.
• Conducting or facilitating any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime through your j199 Account.
• Creating multiple Accounts or using another person's Account.
• Threatening, harassing, or using abusive language toward j199 staff or other players.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies designed to guarantee profit irrespective of outcome, particularly in conjunction with active Bonus Funds.
• Using payment methods that do not belong to you or conducting chargebacks in bad faith.

j199 reserves the right to take any action it deems appropriate in response to prohibited conduct, including Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Balance, and reporting to relevant authorities.

j199 may suspend or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by j199.
• Receipt of a chargeback instruction from your payment provider.
• Regulatory or licensing obligation requiring j199 to restrict access to certain players.
• At your own request, including upon activation of self-exclusion under our Responsible Gaming Policy.

Upon closure for breach of these Terms, j199 reserves the right to withhold any Balance pending investigation. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, any withheld funds will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

You may close your Account voluntarily at any time by contacting j199 support. Before closure, any real-money Balance (excluding Bonus Funds that have not met Wagering Requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method upon your request.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, j199 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of j199's Services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

j199's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising from these Terms or the use of j199's Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

j199 does not warrant that:

• The Services will be available at all times without interruption, error, or delay.
• The Services will be free from viruses or other harmful components.
• Any information or content on j199.pro is complete, accurate, or up to date.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits j199's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by j199's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
